Inner Dance Manila
About Us

Indak Diwa is a Manila-based group of practitioners of Inner Dance, a form of conscious meditation.
Combining movement, meditation, and music, Inner Dance unleashes the soul's inner potential, enabling the participant or the Inner Dancer to meet face-to-face his or her true identity.
It was Pi Villaraza, who rediscovered the power of Inner Dance when he went into hermitage, years ago.
However, it was Arianne Olegario who had brought the power of the Dance at the very bosom of the noisy, busy, and always-in-a-hurry, Manila.
Since its inception, Inner Dance had helped numerous individuals to start their inner journey of knowing their true Selves and to start their inner healing.
But Inner Dance is more than meditation and self-healing. It is actually a form of service to the world.
"The Inner Dance is a transformative self-awakening process that organically leads anyone in surrender towards authentic and meaningful existence through intuitive healing, releasework, energy awareness, live foods and ecological lifestyles, which can eventually assist in the planet’s healing and evolution in a time of accelerated global awakening process. Inner Dance is the intuitive remembrance of the true self through heightened inner awareness of bodies, minds and emotions as Energy. Coming to the awareness of this energy brings people to a more strengthened, sustainable and harmonious existence with other beings and the planet itselfm," explains the website of Bahay Kalipay, a spiritual nook, in Palawan and currently the base of Inner Dance training.
Today, Indak Diwa is headed by intuitive reader, healer, photographer, and artist Jojo de Guzman as Arianne entrusted her to take good care of the growing community of Inner Dancers in Manila, as the latter embarks her pilgrimage in 2013.
Jojo, together with other facilitators and supporters of the Dance namely, Noel Sales Barcelona (journalist, healer, intuitive reader, and Reiki practitioner); Maite de la Rosa (a school teacher); Angel Ouano (intuitive Tarot reader, environmental planner, and make-up artist), Mara Maleena (tattoo and make-up artist, singer, and painter), Kai Balgos (aerial silk dancer and environmental planner), Samdemar Arias (pediatrician), and many others, tries to bring the Dance to schools and other communities, which she thinks need the Dance in order for them benefit from the power of the Dance.
Perhaps, it's about time for you to join us.
